The constotutlon was formally adopted on 29 January 2014 by the Members at the Annual General Meetlng. In accordance wlth the constitutlon, commlttee members may hold Offi for a perfod of up to 3 years and shall retire In rotstlon wlth the longest servlng one thlrd to retlre at each Annual Gener81 Meetlng. If It Is not posslble to detemine that, then the third to retlre shall be deternilned by drawlng lots. On ret6rement. members wlll be ellglble for re-nomlnatlon and electlon. Truste. Responsibilltles Statement The trustees are responsible for preparong the Trustees, Annual Report and the accounts In accordance wlth appllcable law.
