Eagle Glen Community Partnership Ltd Report of the Trustees for the year ended 29 February 2024 The Trustees have adopted the provisions of Ihe Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) "Accounting and reporting by Charities" {FRS102) in preparing Ihe annual report and financial statements of the charity for Ihe period ended 29 February 2024. Charitable Objectives and Activities The Charity's objects are specifically restricted to Ihe following: _ To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Errigal Parish area and its environs (the "area of benefit") without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, race. ethnicity, or political, religious or other opinion by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary ar￿ community organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to: (a) provlde facllitles In the Interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said residents; (b) relieve those in need by reason of youth. age, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage; (c) advance community development by providlng facilities and amenities for community and voluntary groups armj organisations; (d) advance education; Activities: During the year the actlvltles of the charlty gener8ted £24,105.74. Financial Review & Risk Management No significant events have occurred since the date of the balance sheet on page 4 of the annual accounts which affect Ihe Charity or which materially affect the Charity's published accounts for the year to 29 February 2024. Income & Accrued Income Income from room hire is identified in the accounting year that includes the rentsl period. There was no unpaid rent at 29 February, 2024, All other income published in the annual accounts comprises amounis received during the year.
