Report of the Trustees for the year ended 29 February 2024
The Trustees have adopted the provisions of Ihe Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP)
"Accounting and reporting by Charities" {FRS102) in preparing Ihe annual report and financial
statements of the charity for Ihe period ended 29 February 2024.
Charitable Objectives and Activities
The Charity's objects are specifically restricted to Ihe following: _
To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Errigal Parish area and its environs (the "area of
benefit") without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, race. ethnicity, or political, religious or
other opinion by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary ar￿ community
organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to:
(a) provlde facllitles In the Interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time
occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said residents;
(b) relieve those in need by reason of youth. age, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage;
(c) advance community development by providlng facilities and amenities for community and
voluntary groups armj organisations;
(d) advance education;

over 30 fitness classes for Men arKI Women.
Advance Communlty Development - Annual facllllles for Aglvey Cycling Club,
Provide Summer Scheme for Children
Room Hire from Naiscoil (Irish Medium School).
No income from room hire was received during the year ended 29 February 2024
During the year funding came from Causeway Coast & Glens, Community FOUndat￿n, ABO
Wind Nl Ltd & Evishagaran Wind Farm
We have referred to Nl Charities Commission lit8rature as guidance when pursuing our aims and
objectives and in planning for the future yearfs).

Financial Review & Risk Management
No significant events have occurred since the date of the balance sheet on page 4 of the annual
accounts which affect Ihe Charity or which materially affect the Charity's published accounts for
the year to 29 February 2024.
Income & Accrued Income
Income from room hire is identified in the accounting year that includes the rentsl period. There
was no unpaid rent at 29 February, 2024,
All other income published in the annual accounts comprises amounis received during the year.
Restricted Funds
None of the funds of Eagle Glen Community Partnership Ltd fall within the category of Restricled
funds. Being un-restricted funds, all such funds are expendable at the discretion of the trustees
in furtherance of the aims of Eagle Glen Communty Partnership Ltd while al the same time
m8intalning adequate funds for working capltal and planned fixed capltsl Investment
programmes.
Expenditure
All expenditure is accounted for and further adopts an accruals basis., expense-type descriptions
have been adopted and all costs aggregate in appropriately described order. ExperKlilure is
recognised where there is a legal obligallon to make payment.
Risk Management
It is the assessment of the Trustees thal the charily is not exposed to any major risks, particularly
those relatlng to its operatsons or to its finances, The trustees are satisfied that systems are in
place to mltigate the charities exposure to any such major risk, During Ihe year the charity
fulfilled all its unpaid loans to John Mitchel's GAC Glenullin.

Commission number 100905, The Charity is govemed by its Memorandum.
Organization
Eagle Glen Community Parlnership Ltd is managed by its trustees who also carry out the day to
day routine needs of the Charity. None of the Trustees receive remuneration or benefits from
their work for the charity.

Trustees Responsibility Statement
The Company Directors (who are also trustees of Eagle Glen Community Partnership Ltd) are
responsible for preparing the Trustee's Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Slandards (United Kingdom
Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). The trustees consider that an audit is not required for
Ihis year under section 65(3) of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2013 (the 2013 Act) and that
an independent examiner's report is needed.
Company law requires the Directors lo prepare the financial statemenls for each year which give
a true and fair view of Ihe slate of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming
resour￿5 and application of resources including income and expenditure of the organisation for
that period. In preparing the financial statements. the directors are required to
select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently
observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP

The trustees of Eagle Glen Community Partnership Ltd are responsible for keeping proper
accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time Ihe financial posilion of
the charity and to enable them lo ensure that the financlal statements comply with the
Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of Ihe charity and
hence taking reasonable steps for Ihe prevention and detection of fraud and other irregulaiilies.

The trustees have taken all steps that they oughl to have taken to make Ihemselves
