He welcomed Tracey Powell community Development worker with the promoting wellbeing team, SHSCT who would facilitate the formalities of the AGM and overseeing the election of officers to the committee Minutes of the last AGM were read out by Tracey and Were agreed a true record Proposed Larry Seconded Mary
3 Matters arising None 4 Chairpersons Report Larry gave an overview of activities members have been involved in, and would like to thank agewell for support in getting speakers and exercise programmes He also thanked Office Bearers mary, IIIy• vera for their hard work and thanked members who helped make tea and washed up Treasurers report Due to our treasurer Elizabeths passing our vice treasurer Vera gave a brief report on accounts and informed all members that the balance in bank at this time is £51 IL4 7 7 Proposed mary Seconded lily 5.1 Secretarys Report Mary welcomed all new members in the past and present year, she thanked all those that contributed towards the success of the club, tea dances, shopping trips and our annual holidays
