The accounting poIicies have been appIied corLSiStently throughout the period and in the preceding year. 1.1 Basis of accountlns The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 101 the Statement of Recomrnended Practice Accounting and Reporting by Charxties {RP 2005) issued in March 2(M)5 (rev May 2008) and the Cornpanies Act 2006. 1.2 Incoming resources All incoming resources are included in the statement of financial activitie5 when the charity is entilled to the income and the amount can be quanlified with reasonable accuracy. The following specific policies are applied to particular categorie5 of income: Voluntary tncome is received by way of grants. donatiorLS and gifts and is included in full in the statement of financial activities when receivable. Grants where entidement is not conditional on the delivery of a SFecific perfornwnce by the charity, are reco8nised when the charity becomes unconditionally entitled to the granL Donated services and facilitie5 are included at the value to the charity where this can be quantified.
