The Trustees continue to be aware of their obligation to have regard to the Public Benefit requirement of the Charity Commission lor Northern Ireland: duringthe yearthe following activities were carried out: TALKS PROGRAMME September 2023 - Belfast and the slave trade October 2023- 1,000 years of the Strangford ferry November 2023- Shadowing Miss Grimshaw January 2024- Blair Mayne and his SAS war diaries 1941-45 February 2024- Cancelled due to weather conditions FINANCE The financial position of the Society was as indicated in the Annual Accounts which were examined by R Savage & Co, Accountants, Saintfield TRUSTEES The trustees duringthe year were as shown in the Annual Monitoring Return.
