STRucfuRE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT St Caolans Primary School PTFA is a group of volunteers made up of parenis, reachin8 Sttiff drill Irlend5 who meei several tllTies y¥dl. We fund raise in and around the school and the local community to help to provide the school with additional resources such as games, art supplies and equipment to advante the edUtIOn of the pupils. We encourage parents io become involved In Ihelr children's educatlon and have a good relatlUTls1iiy with the 5t6ff of the school. Some social events are sharcd with the local football club and community association which helps built and maintain a relationship vjith the local community. OBJEcfivES AND ACTIVITIES Obiertlves and aims The objective of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils in the school in particular by.. Developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school- Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. The principal activity for achieving the objective is to hold fundraising events throughout the year within the premises of the school or outside. ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE Charitable artlvitie5 During the year, the charity generated £7,808 from Marathon for School,Trartor Run. Chocolate Bingo, School Ballots, Christmas Show. Halloween Disco, Sports Day, Collection5 of Ip's&2p's and some other small activities. The money raised was used to piirchaÉp thp School's wide variety of arts and craft materials and much needed essential resources like books, printing stationary etc. We have also subsidised activities such as coach hire, music class, and other school expenses including Education Authority.

The Association has a net deficit of1£3,4441 for the yèar12024:1£3,2511. The main source of income of the charity is frnm fund raising activities. Trustees, Responsibilities Charity regulations require the Trustees to prepare accounts for each financial year which show the incoming sourceS application of the resources of the Charity in the year. The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any ilme of The financial pusilivii vf ilie Cliarity aiid to enable them to ensure that the accounts comply with thc Charitics Act 2011.
