Structure, Governance and management The charity is an incorporated body, and is registered as a charity for tax purposes with HM Revenue and Customs. The charity is under the control of the trustees as detailed out in the charity constitution. The tharity is registered as a charlty under the charity commission for th Norther Ireland as at the date of registration being 14 May 2015. Organisation The trustees who have served duringthe year are as detailed out on page 3. Responsibilitie5 The Trustees who are also the directors are responslble for preparing the Trustees annual report and the financial statements in accordance with the applicable law and UK accountlng standards. The law applicable to charities in Northern Ireland requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law the trustees have prepared the financial accounts in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices in the United Kingdom (accounting standards Issued by the Financial Reporting Council in the UK. Underthat law the trustees must not approve there financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a fair and true view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the statement of financial artivates of the charlty for that period.
