There has been a small scheme where three dwellln8s are belng refvrbished. We constantly asslst resldents wlth the155ues of general malntenance on a dally bjsls. We contlnue to organlse cllnlcs which are of great ber￿fft to all of the ￿SIdents who Ilve In eur local area. They Include dlnlc5 whlch are ass15t1n¥t￿ people who Ilve In the redevelopment area and these take place everyTuesday durlng the hours of 11am andlprn. We orsanise clinks for those people who Itve in the Tower Block5 and these tske place the second Wednesday of each rnonth. We have a cllnlc for those people who are homeless. and thls place on the 1st Wednesday of each month. We or8anise a cllnlc for those people who have Issues regardlng thelr welfare benefits,

Our commlttee oryanlw a Santa Chrlstmas event whlch was well attended. We are opened dally and our offlce realty Is a hub of actlvlty as we respond to the Fssues mentloned In thls report.
