Health liaising with statutory agencies to influence tliose with decision making powers in the sector so that Health & So¢Tal Care policy and provision is Inore directly influcnced by public experience, needs and creativity. Reaching out to tlie seldom heard groups in society (e.g. carers) thus facilitating increased inclusion and influence for these sections of the public. Education through delivering community education and training, bringing about an increase in public learning, knowledge and coinmunity activism. Coverning Doeument The organisatioii is a company witli charitable status. The cliarity was incorporated on 4 December 2000. The company was established under Meinorandum & Articles of Association wliicli outlined the area of benefit and the objects of the charitable organisation. Statement of complian¢o Tlie significant accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below. These policies have been consistently applied to all years presented unless otlierwise stated. The charity constitutes a public benefit entity as defined by FRSI 02.
