Constitution and Objects The Trust is an unincorporat¢d body. created by Trust deed on 29th Augw4t 1989. The charitable objects of the Trust are wide and are at the absolute discretion of the iruste&%. The policy of the trust¢¢s h&5 been to support a range of charities, particularly assisting disahled or deprived children both in the United Kingdom and overseas, conservation of the environment and providing for the welfare of animals. Organisalion The trustees meel a minimum of twice a year. During the OctobcrlNovembcr meeting the accounls for thc previous financial year are discussed and the level of donations lo be distributed before Christmas is set. In March the perfornjanee of the investments is discussed. Grant Making Policy The charity invites applications for funding from other local charities.
