Responsibilities and basls of report As the charitys Trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of Ihe accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the A¢f). I report in respect of my 8xamination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have frjllowed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(51{b) of the ACL Independent examlnefs statement The charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified member of The Assooation of Chartered certif Accountants. I have completed my examinats'on.
