afj.00 Bulkllng During 2024 the Ecclesiastical Share of the Dartmouth Trust continued to provide financial support to the Parish of Dartmouth for administration, insurance, utility and routine maintenance costs. These included significant repair and repointing to the exterior wall at the East end of the church and works in the South Transept. In addition, the external vesty door was repaired and works were carried out to the North Transept window. In addition, other repair works w¢re carried out to internal walls and the South door Voussoirs. '?7S.85 Ottke The Parish appointed a Propety Manager to oversee and plan for the maintenance of all Parish buildings and grounds. This brings a professional approach to everything property related from repairs and maintenance to heating and electricity and enables the Parish to be proactive. The work to assess, survey and review our buildings continues. Our current boilers are reaching the end of their lifespans and this year new heating controllers and boiler fans were required in two churches. dSS OJtOng 727AQ 72QO.I)O Trees 3kn?uO.r 8MaIn8 3993L68 397021 Cowa With the support of a Diocesan grant, in addition to matched funding from the Ecclesiastical Share, the Parish appointed a Youth Minister. This has enabled the Parish to carry out it's Mission Action Plan to encourage children and young people from th¢ local community to become involved in the church. The Youth Minister also rLmS a programme of outreach to local schools and youth groups. Hundreds of schoolchildren have taken part in activities at St Clements. A new baby/toddler group has been set up for local families. This work is progressing well and further expansion will take place during 2025.
