Para 1.20 During the year live attendances at
meetings continued to improve with fewer
members relying on the remote streaming
system. The stream continued to be used
by our more remote members and visitors
to the lecture programme.
The full programme of National,
International Exhibitions was run with a
very good response from both entrants and
visitors.
The weekly technique group was upgraded
to a Photography School Status which
welcomed both members and non-
members. This group offered both technical
advice and photographic opportunities both
in the clubs studio and on organized
outings.
Work was carried out to improve the
ventilation system in the main lecture room
to ensure a regular exchange of the air in
the room.
Plans were put in place for the installation
of a suspended ceiling and lighting in the
bar area funded by a lottery grant.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2022.
