TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS.
