Achievements and Performance SORP reference The UKMKA has successfully rèduced the levels of long temi borrowlng by ovor 90%. By all means we are on track to make thg target of Clearing all debt by flnanclal year 2024. This will ensure that the any borrowing of money for the purchasè of UKMKA Centre wlll have been successfully cl8ar8d. An educatlon hub with facilltles for Chlldren and adults allke which will enable access to learning through high quality technology. Wo also ran a project on the first floor creatlng a dedicated praying aroa and an | charity management oiTice. | Thiswas subsidised with donations from th8 community which allowed for l enhancements and extras for the flr8t floor project.

All the above forms part of our long terni plan towards the development of the centre. The projects completed are still very new and wg are always looking into ways that these areas can be further utilised to its potential to meet the needs of the charity and the wider community. Gift aid funds amounting to£18,678 received, which were predominantty for the relief of our borrowlng for the purchase of th8 UKMKA centre. This helped us to alleviate a great amount of I the borrowing. Post pandemlc, the c8ntre has onco ! agaln opened Its door for various events I for tho commuiilty. Keeplng in mind that I there are stlll som8 people who are not I comfortable with social events. we havo ¢ontinu8d to stream a lot of our events onlln8. As the Charity Trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the account in accordance with the requirements Charites Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”).

I report in respects to my examination of the Charity’s Accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable directions and guidance set out by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(B) of the act.

Following the completion of my examination I can confirm that no mattes have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

  1. Accounting recorders were not kept in respect of the Charity as required by section 130 of the 2011 Act: or
