The Pennard Communlty Charlty Trustees Annual Report th The Charity's objectives are as outlined in the Governing Instrument dated 11 December 1987. The strategic policy of the Charity is to work within the parameters of the Governing Instrument whilst maintalning an inflatlon proofed fund to preserve its value and potential earning power in real ternis year on year. The Charity's Investment Portfollo is currently managed by Charles Stanley and the Investment and Current Accounts are at Lloyd5 8ank. th The Investment funds have been under the management of Charles Stanley from 30 January 2023. Since this time the fund value has increased by £13,600 and is set up to provide an income of 3% annually. A donatlon of £14.946 was received by the Charlty from the organisation 'Friends of Pennard Llbrar¢. This donatlon Is to be used to support grants appllcations In allgnment with the grant disperslon conditions stipulated in the Charitvs Governing Instrument. Those organSsations and indlvlduals to whom funds have been dispersed and the amounts awarded are listed In Page 6 of the accounts. It is therefore my responsibility to conduct an Independent examination of the accounts in accordance with directions given by the Companies Act 2006 (°the 2006 Act'l.
