NARRATIVE INFORMATION Ob]ettives and Principal Artivities The Charl￿5 principal attivity continued to be that of the promotlng the education of persons who have not yet attained the age of 25, who in the opinion of the Trustees are in need of financial assistance and who have. for not less than two year5, at any time attended a maintained prlmary school in one of the Parishes of Algarkirl Fosdyke, Frampton, Kirton, Sutterton and Wyberton. Development, Activities and Athtevements After protracted t)e8Otiation5 a 20 year lease was signed with the incorningtenants of Middlecott House. However, because of the coststo be incurred by the tenant to install 3 new fire protection system. a 12 month rent free perlod was agreed. The extensNe refurbishrnent of one of the rented properties was completed and new tenants had moved in. In the opinion of the Trustees there were no serious inciderits or other matters which they were required to bring to the attention of the Charity Commission.
