govemed by the sdiemes of the Charity Commissioners dated 4 August 1976 and is
constituted by one ex-officio trustee (the Wicar of the Parish of St Peter and St Paul, Kirton in
Holland), eight nominative trustee5 (two nominated by Lincolnshi￿ County Council and one
each by the Parish Councils of Algarkirk, F05dyke. Frampton, Kirton, Sutterton and
Wyberton) and two Co-opted trustees.

NARRATIVE INFORMATION
Ob]ettives and Principal Artivities
The Charl￿5 principal attivity continued to be that of the promotlng the education of
persons who have not yet attained the age of 25, who in the opinion of the Trustees are in
need of financial assistance and who have. for not less than two year5, at any time attended
a maintained prlmary school in one of the Parishes of Algarkirl Fosdyke, Frampton, Kirton,
Sutterton and Wyberton.
Development, Activities and Athtevements
After protracted t)e8Otiation5 a 20 year lease was signed with the incorningtenants of
Middlecott House. However, because of the coststo be incurred by the tenant to install 3
new fire protection system. a 12 month rent free perlod was agreed.
The extensNe refurbishrnent of one of the rented properties was completed and new
tenants had moved in.
In the opinion of the Trustees there were no serious inciderits or other matters which they
were required to bring to the attention of the Charity Commission.
Financial Review
The objettives are to generate sufficient income to continue the acrlvitie5 of the Charity and
to maximlse the return of the Charit*s asset& Wrthin the portfolio. cash reserves are held
to ensure the ongoing activities of the Charity can be maintsined.
