The Charity operates in the villages of Withington, Whitestone, Westhide and Eau Withington in the county of Herefordshire. The Trustees meet four times a year to discuss applications from children and young people for financial help with their education.
Objects: (1) In Providing For Any School In Or Substantially Serving In The Parish Of Withington Such Special Benefits Of Any Kind Not Normally Provided By The Lea As May From Time To Time Be Agreed Between The School Governors And The Trustees After Consultation With The Lea. (2) In Promoting The Education, Including Social And Physical Training, Of Persons In Need Of Financial Assistance And Under The Age Of 25 Who Live Or Have A Parent Resident In The Said Parish.
