**Objects:** (1) IN PROVIDING FOR ANY SCHOOL IN OR SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING IN THE PARISH OF WITHINGTON SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LEA AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS AND THE TRUSTEES AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LEA. (2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF PERSONS IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO LIVE OR HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH.
