(B) Provision Of Financial Assistance, Outfits, Clothing, Tools Instrument Or Books To Enable Beneficiaries Leaving An Educational Establishment To Prepare For, Or Assist Their Entry Into A Profession, Trade Or Calling. (C) Otherwise Promoting The Education (Including Social And Physical Training) Of Beneficiaries.
