(B) PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS INSTRUMENT OR BOOKS TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES LEAVING AN EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR, OR ASSIST THEIR ENTRY INTO A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING. (C) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BENEFICIARIES.
