The Trustees continue to monitor the efficiency of the Administration and Finances of the Recreation Ground.

Trustees Selection Method:- Trustees are appointed by election at each Annual General Meeting.
Objectives and Activities
Bromyard Recreation Ground was given to the People of Bromyard by Miss Kempson on 23[rd] December 1948 and it is our responsibility to keep the field and Equipment in good condition so the public can enjoy this wonderful asset as it is the only recreational facility in the Town.
Regular Users
Children and Adults of all ages, dog walkers, footballers, BMX riders, Skateboarders. The Committee hold Fetes and Music Festivals.
Declaration
The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission relating to Public Benefit.
Assets of the Charity
The Charity owns the field/ Recreation Ground
Up keep of the field
The Charity pays for a grounds person who spends between 2- 4hrs per week to pick up litter and check equipment. The Grass and hedges are cut by a Qualified Landscaper.
Health and Safety
ROSPA inspect the equipment each year and the Trustees act on their recommendations. Each week a Safety Checklist is completed to ensure the continued Safety of the equipment and field.
Reserves Policy
The Charity has £35,000 in the Current and Savings Bank Accounts which are available for unforeseen expenditure and new equipment.
