2021 we had £15000 of Covid Grants compared to £30000 of covid grants in 2020.

Getting together as a whole group for our Moving On / Going Up ceremony is important to us.

This was our first time back together as a whole group

Another Strong Year for the Beaver Section..

Zoom Meetings continued when needed.

Plenty of Badges Awarded.

Now have 25 Beavers within the Colony.

Old Beavers moved up to Cubs twice a year.

Start of the year and meetings were on Zoom. This was a scavenger hunt.

Two sessions each evening to keep the numbers on the call low.

Progression to socially distance meetings in the yard but only with 50% of the cubs so the leaders did two sessions.

Fire lighting on a Thursday as we were unable to attend a camp to carry out this activity

Scarecrows made by the cubs for the Amelia Trust.

Whittling in the yard

Hockey as a new sport for one of the challenge badges.

A superb kayak session which was well supported thanks to the boating party.

st l Barry Sea Scouts st Account- 31 December 2021 Accountants Report I have reviewed the financial statements of the I, Barry Sea Scouts set out on pages 14 comprising a summary of receipts and payments in respett of the year to 31" December 2020 and a statement of a55ets as of 31" December 2020. The I" Barry Sea Scout Group's system of internal control is dependent upon the goodwill and integrity of the officers and trustees of the group and relies upon the officers and trustees acting in the best interest of the Group. In this regard evidence was not availak)le to support elements of receipts and payments. The fixed assets disclosed in the Statement of Assets reflect the values estlmated by the Group's officers and trustees based on insurance values. These values do not necessarlly reflert the values that these assets tould realise in the open market. The title to the buildings disclosed in the Statement of Assets is held in the name of the trustees of the Group and retained by The Scout Association. The accounts are in agreement with the groups underlyin8 books and records and the bank balance and investments disclosed in the Statement of Assets agree with the bonk and Scout Association Statements. zL/F/2 L
