Structure – There are seven Officers, Chair, Vice chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Booking Secretary, Minutes Secretary and Carnival Secretary. The other five make up the required twelve trustees.
Vacancies - If a vacancy occurs, the trustees approach suitable members of the local community and ask if they are interested in becoming a trustee.
Activities – Hiring of hall to regular users and one-off users, and organising three events, a carnival, horse racing and a Christmas fair.
Objectives – Ensuring that the hall is available to local residents and user groups and ensuring that income is sufficient to cover expenses.
Achievements and performance – The three events were successful and the hall was well used by regular hirers and one-off hirers.
Financial review – The year saw a surplus of £12,895. There are no debts and no reserves.
Funds held as a custodian trustee - none.
