This project was managed by a Jenny Hyma8 IGHRC Trust88), Sophie H8rtleyand Jane Merriman (both members of the Parlsh Council who w8s a partner for the S106 monies), and Sue Holden IGHRC volunteer). This project has been a resounding succe88 wlth posltlve comments from parents and vliiagers WI￿ have expressed their gratitude for the new playground which18 Very￿ll used and enjoyed by the children of the village. Structuro. govomance and management The method of appointment of GHRC members is set out in the charity constltutlon. GHRC members Include seven Trustees in totaL' ft)ur elected Trustees. and three coopted trustees: one from the P8ri8h Council. one from the Hall Group, and one from the Field Group. All GHRC members are respon8ibie for making decl8ions on au matters of general concern and importance with respect to the Vlllage Hall and Flaylng Fleid and decisions on how the fund8 of GHRC are to be Spent.
