Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achlevements ofthe tharty durlng the year Even before the Pandemic, the centre was struggling financially. a lot of iot21 people did not have the funds to pay for room hire etc. We had inherited a building vthich was in a dire need of repairs and which we did rK)t the money to do. To secure the building for the future we are now in talks with the Company Shop to lease out the Centre on High Street, wth this income rt would make the charity sustainable for at least the next 10 years, and would enable us lo lease two new centres, one in the new housing development and one on link walk.
