Achievements and performance
Summary ofthe main
achlevements ofthe tharty
durlng the year
Even before the Pandemic, the centre was struggling financially. a lot of
iot21 people did not have the funds to pay for room hire etc.
We had inherited a building vthich was in a dire need of repairs and
which we did rK)t the money to do.
To secure the building for the future we are now in talks with the
Company Shop to lease out the Centre on High Street, wth this income rt
would make the charity sustainable for at least the next 10 years, and
would enable us lo lease two new centres, one in the new housing
development and one on link walk.
This y￿11 enable us to offer rnore facilrties covering wider sections of the
community
