2 Ad hoc rent was received from less regular users of the centre including Tibetan Kitchen, Little Seedlings, St Margarets Primary School, Yoga with Laura Lopez, the Hungarian Club, Sri Lankan community group, other community support groups, a choir, and private birthday parties.

3 Grants and donations were given and reserved for specific uses as shown below. Chit Chat Chai didn't have a bank account at first, so to enable them to get going, we agreed for their grants to be paid into the St Margarets Centre account. We then paid it out to them once their account was open.
