Conslltullon ond Membershlp A County Federation is an associotion of the Young Farmers, Clubs in a County or such other areas as shall be approved by the Nolionol Federation formed in occordonce with Ihe form of conslilulion and rLJles for County Federolions opproved by the Council ol the Nalionol Federation. The Counly Federation shall be olfiliated to the National Federalion. The members ol the County Federation shall consist of: lol Ibl All Young Formers, Clubs formed in Derbyshire and affiliated to the NFYFC. All person5 who hove been elecfed or nominoled by the General Meeting 05 Honorary Mernbers. Adminlstrallon In the administrolion of Ihe County. subject lo their duli&s as Trvslees, the Executive Commitfee shall hove regord to the wshes of *he Membership as 51ated at- lal General Meetings Ibl Executive Committee Meetings The Finoncial Yeor ol the County Federalion shall end on 31 August. Trustees The Executive Committee form5 the Trustees of the Charity ond has the power to oppoint addilional Trustees. The Executive Committee consisls ol elected and co-opled members, the majority of whom are required lo be over eighleen years of age and ore the Trustees ol Ihe Charily.
