The Trustee5 present their report along wth the stolement ot occounts of the Charity for the year
ended 31 August 2025. The stolement ol accounts have been prepored in accordonce with the
accourlling policies set out in note I to the occounts ond comply with the Chorify's Irust deed.

The Derbyshire Federation of Young Formers, Clubs goveming document is the conslilulion adopted
on 14 November 2013.
Conslltullon ond Membershlp
A County Federation is an associotion of the Young Farmers, Clubs in a County or such other areas
as shall be approved by the Nolionol Federation formed in occordonce with Ihe form of conslilulion
and rLJles for County Federolions opproved by the Council ol the Nalionol Federation. The Counly
Federation shall be olfiliated to the National Federalion.
The members ol the County Federation shall consist of:

The Finoncial Yeor ol the County Federalion shall end on 31 August.
Trustees
The Executive Committee form5 the Trustees of the Charity ond has the power to oppoint addilional
Trustees. The Executive Committee consisls ol elected and co-opled members, the majority of whom
are required lo be over eighleen years of age and ore the Trustees ol Ihe Charily. Any member under
eighleen years of age may not vote on mallers which aflect the monagemenl of the ChaNty.

Reserves Pollcy
The Reserves represenl the vnrestricted funds arising from past operating results. They olso represent
Ihe free reserves of the charily. The Trustees believe that the level ol reserves is appropriate lo ensure
the long-term slobilily of the Federation.

thal maintainin9 reserves at ltte currenl levels, combined wth on annual review of the controls over

have also examined other operational ond busine$5 risks which the Chorily foces and confiim thot
they have established systems lo mitigote the signif1canl risks.

As the charities trustees you are Tesponsible for the preparation of ihe accounts. you consider that the
audit requirement under section 144 (2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) does not apply, and that
an independent examination is needed. It is our responsibility to examine the accounts under s¢¢tion 145
of the Charities Act on the basis of procedures specifi¢d in the g¢neral directions given by the Charity
Cornmissioners {und¢r section 145(5){b} of the Charities Act) whether particular matters have come to
our attention.
Basis of independent examiners report
Our examination was carried oul in accordance with the General Dir¢¢tions given by the Charity
Cun]missioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records k¢pt by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with th¢se records. It also includes considerdtion of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seekin¥ explanations from you the trustees concerning ￿]Y such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit.

In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention..

to keep proper accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act
