Westcote Baschurch Road Bomere Heath Shrewsbury SY4 3PN 27 January 2023 Audit of Accounts: Bomere Heath Village Hall (BHVH) I have accessed and examined the digital accounts for BHVH which are held on a Google Workspace drive. l am a retired experienced Finance Managyer with no connections to BHVH. The accounts include spreadsheets which record all funds received and paid out by BHVH during the course of their business, inclusive of the operation of a small Coffee Shop which is for a few hours two / three times per week. Records also include scanned / digital copies of all receipts / invoices paid, and invoices issued by BHVH to hirers of rooms, made available for hire by BHVH. I found that the entries were clear and unambiguous. I made sutricient systematic dip samples and found that entries on the accounts were corroborated by copies of receipts / invoices. In conclusion l am satisfied that the accounts are being properly recorded. Dennis Horton
