Notes to Accounts:

Instrument Purchase: One‐off purchases totalling £7,150 were made in the year replacing items lost in the van theft covered by insurance together with £3,600on soprano cornet which was subsequently refunded when returned.

£2,440 shown in Misc expenditure was for Blackpool Hotels (Spring Festival) paid by band in this financial year, but recouped via player donations the following f/y. In addition to this, £1,270 was also spent in this financial year (shown in Misc) for bandwear which was again recouped from players the following financial year. Both were expended in March 2022.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the The Staffordshire Band for the year ended 31 sl March 2022 Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'Ihe Act,). I report in respecl of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of Ihe 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145151{b) of the Act. Independent examinerfs statement I have completed my examination.
