Summary of maln actlvltles The focus of our activities has be8n on educational trips, our regular charitable fundraising events and cultural events. Students have visited the theatre, taken part in concerts and hosted I participated with visiting performing arts organisations. Students have had the opportunity to vlsit sites of historlcal and scientrfic interest across the UK. Students with special educational n8eds have taken part in enterprlse and skills training. Surnmary of rnain achiovements of tho charity during th8 year Mard8n School Fund has supported numerous sporting. cultural and charitable 8vents over th8 course of the year, also numerous educalional visits including those introducing students to the world of work. Some of the highlights include a trip to France, the Isle of Arran and a Buddhist Temple. There have been visits to major employers in the region such as Nissan and Newcastle University and numerous music events Including our end of year student show. Th6 fund has supported many students in need of uniform and educational resources such as revision guides.
