The objectives of the charity are to give financial support for the benefit of those residents in the parishes of Pontesbury and Hanwood and the Village areas of Annscroft and Hook-a-Gate.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are To Provide Grants To:(1) Relieve Financial Hardship For Persons Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Are In Need;(2) Relieve Sickness For Persons In The Area Of Benefit;(3) Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life; And(4) Provide Support For Young And Disadvantaged People To Develop Skills, Capabilities And Capacities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.
