❖We circulated details of all festivals
by distributing leaflets using

Katha in June 2023. Donations
were raised for planting of trees

An excellent public response was
received with voluntary support in
all areas of event organizing.
❖Hall bookings have reduced
dramatically since Covid. This was
our main source of income. We
had tried reducing charges in effort
to make the venue more attractive.

access to cloud based backup not
granted.
❖Fixed Deposit at Banks were
reinvested and now earning

❖Sage Payroll system was
implemented for our single
employee.
❖Registered new domain
“srmwalsall.co.uk” and with
Microsoft non-profit organisation.
Obtained 5 free Microsoft office
365 licenses, email facility and
cloud backup. All digital data will
now remain in possession of Shree
Ram Mandir.

smoothly with most members aged 70 plus.
The main emphasis is providing them with
exercise classes which are delivered by a
qualified professional. Visitors are invited
periodically to give advice on Falls &
Prevention. Also help available with
Dementia issues.
Two ladies groups
(1) Bhartiya Mahila Mandal which runs on
Tuesday afternoon
(2) Radha Krishna group which runs on
Wednesday evening.
Youth club runs on Friday evening helping
to bring more younger members. Sporting
activities are provided.
These activities are run by volunteers who
devote a lot of time and effort to organize
events & participation in festivals.
