Donations<br>were raised for planting of trees<br>“Billi Patra” in support of<br>Environmental Issues Worldwide.<br>An excellent public response was<br>received with voluntary support in<br>all areas of event organizing.<br>❖Hall bookings have reduced<br>dramatically since Covid.  This was<br>our main source of income.  We<br>had tried reducing charges in effort<br>to make the venue more attractive.|

We<br>assume relevant data was either<br>erased or stored on external<br>devices, such as USB drives. Also<br>access to cloud based backup not<br>granted.<br>❖Fixed Deposit at Banks were<br>reinvested and now earning<br>Interest also Bank details brought<br>up to date.<br>❖Sage Payroll system was<br>implemented for our single<br>employee.<br>❖Registered new domain<br>“srmwalsall.co.uk” and with<br>Microsoft non-profit organisation.<br>Obtained 5 free Microsoft office<br>365 licenses, email facility and<br>cloud backup. All digital data will<br>now remain in possession of Shree<br>Ram Mandir.|

Visitors are invited<br>periodically to give advice on Falls &<br>Prevention. Also help available with<br>Dementia issues.<br>Two ladies groups<br>(1) Bhartiya Mahila Mandal which runs on<br>Tuesday afternoon<br>(2) Radha Krishna group which runs on<br>Wednesday evening.<br>Youth club runs on Friday evening helping<br>to bring more younger members.  Sporting<br>activities are provided.<br>These activities are run by volunteers who<br>devote a lot of time and effort to organize<br>events & participation in festivals.|<br>||
