Creditrisk The charity's principal financial assets are bank balances and cash. trade and other recervables, and investments. The charity's credtt risk is primarily attributab￿ to its trade reCelwab￿. The amounts presental in the balance sheet are net of allowances for doubtFul receivables. An alkjwance for impairment is made where there is an identified loss event which. based on previous experience, is evidence of a reduttion in the recoverability of the cash flows. The credit risk on liquid funds and derivative financial instmments is limited because the counterparbes are banks with high crèdit-fatings assigned by interrbational credit-ratin8 a8encie5. The charity has no significant concentration of credit risk, wtth exposure spread over a large nunkner of counterpartie5 and eustorne￿. The trustees, report was approved by the Board of Trustees.
