A great contribulion is made by member volunteers. We are grateful for the many hours volunteers spend fundraising on our behaw. Without this valuable contribution of time, energy and expertise we would not have been able to have athieve so much. Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe maln achievements of the charlty durlng the year Unfortunately our fundraising acb"vttses have been curbed this year due to the conbnuation of the Covid - 19 pandemic. We have therefore been even more grateful for funds received from the TLC Lottery and from Your School Lottery. We have also received donations from many families and individuals. We continue to look for ways of raising money in new ways. Autumn Terni 2020 Volunteers were able to create a slightly cut down grotto to give some semblance of nomlrtY to the scho)I's Christmas ath'vrties. Our other actr'vth"es this temi were based around Christmas. Santa and 2 of his elves visrted school one moming to welcome the children off the buses in a COVID safe way and aA)MPanIed by Christmas music. He Ihen delrvered dass presents to all the classes around sthool. Friends also funded aCkerS. balloons and hats for the Christmas Dinner. Sprfng and Summer Temi 2021 Our normal fundraising •Aivitses were not able to take place. However. the on refuth'shing the Lcwer school bathroom did take place and the youngest children now have a facility which is frt for purpose and offer8 the dnItY for personal care they de8erve. The work on the Musical Trails for 14-19 department also took place in the summer holiday8 2021 and the pupils are now enjoying using this A new kiln has also been instalted along %*iih other equipment for working wth clay. Unfortunately the woth on the family Centre is still detayed, we are very frustrated by this and are redty hon9 lo see some progr8S8 in the coming year. Fn'ends of Wictoria made two donatn5 to other charities Birmingham Phab Camps and Parks for Play - this was in memory of a pupil. Money had been raised and matched by Benevty and was divided equally belween (rSelveS and the other 2 charities. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 20/08/2020 .
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
-
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
-
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
