STRUCTURE đ.

Trustees' are elected at the charity's Annual General Meeting, typically held in S:eptember each year. Anyone over the age of 18, and a permanent resident on the parish of Fosdyke is eligible to vote at the AGM an to stand as a trustee. Candidates must be proposed and seconded by a resident of the parish. Candidates are then elected based on a v te by a show of hands. A formal meeting is then convened in the following weeks to appoint the trustees to the above roles.

During the AGl'i/1 the outgoing trustees present an overview of achiev ments during the previous year, an overview of the charity's finances and proposed projects and objectives for the forthcoming year. Attendees are invited to put forward additional proposals .

Copies;_of the ct'iarity's constitution and related policies are made availaqle at the._Fosdyke Social Club .
