STRucfuRE GOVERNANCE & MANAGEMEKr The charity is admlntste￿d bythe iy)ard of trustees. The constitution prwdes that trustees are appointed annualty and the chairnian 15 aPPK)inted by the trustee5. The trustees are effectively the managefflent cornm¢ttee and run the pavilion and tennis court inline with the constitution. The tharity does not employ any staff. FINANCIAL REPORT This year has been financialty challenging wsth a major refurbishment of the pavilion. External cladding, a complete rÈftovation of the female and rnale toilets. providing a brand new accessible toilet with shower. a cornplete￿ newstotage area. repairs and maintenance to the tennis courL However. we were fortunate to receive donations. Sorne relating spEtrfi¢allyto the projea. from the Lottery1£31.5001. QiherinÈ Cwkson Charttable Trust.1£5(￿} the crickèt club I£1(￿1. the croquet club1£2501. and along with other donations of £l.095. a total of £38,845. The total cost of the work to date 15 just under £l(KI,000, but we still have the final bill to come. The income received from regular users. weddir¢gs, hirÈ of the pavilion and tennis court, produced a surplu5 on our ordinary attivttie5 of £198. In addition to the reTrovation work, and the repair of the tennt5 COUrtfencin& other extemal work was carried tsut. Garden workaround the tennis court and new handrails alongthe Steps to the entrdnce to the pavilion were provided. Internallyt broadband, Wifi and a new 86 inch screen werÈ installed. All the work cartied out will enhancÈthe em￿rIenCe for users and hire￿. and the Triistees are confident a healthy flow of income will l* achieved.
