This comprises moor land used for racehorse training, grazing land and part of the 'Town Wastes,. Expenditure has, in recent years, been on land maintenance (grass cutting, hedge cutting, and maintenance of cobbled market area) within the town and events held for the benefit of the Inhabitants of Middleham. The Charity will also consider funding requests that are consistent with the charity's objectives. The Town Clerk advises the Trustee on its responsibilities to have regard to the charitable and public benefits when making decisions.
