Trustees, Re ort The trustee has presented their information and records for the year ending 31 St January 2025 and the financial statements have been prepared using the information and records provided. Objectives and Activities The aim of the charity is to maintain Eccleshall Community Centre and where possible improve the facilities and amenities for the local residents. This is achieved using the income from hiring and letting, fundraising events, donations and grants. Achievements and Performance The centre has paid help for cleaning, maintenance, administration and bookkeeping. This ensures the community centre is well kept for the hiring and letting for various community groups including education, disability, arts, recreation, children, young people, the elderly and the general public. Financial Review The charities income increased by £22,332.74 for the year ending 31 January 2025, compared to the previous year. st During the year ending 31 St January 2025 there were no donations or grants given to the charity. All income has originated from the hiring and letting of the community centre. The charity outgoings have only increased by £1,839.13 for the year sl ending 31 January 2025, compared to the previous year.
