The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of th¢ Charities Acl 2011, thc 2011 Acl, and that an inde￿ndent examination is needcd. It is mv responsibility 10: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 201 l Acl, to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners under sc¢lion 145 (5) (b) of the 2011 Act; and to stste whether particular matter5 have come to my attention.
