Court on 23nf of Marth 1967. This limits the Inr))me for the benefrt and welfare Gf
Residènts of the Borough of DaThven as out In the Order. This is l)inding on the
Trustees:
2) DAt￿n Pmbation Volunteer* Fund. Nthv Trusts have been agreed with the Charlty
Commissioners mainly for the benefft of per80ns of Dapbyen who have come under the
Probation and after Care Service and their familie8.

The Accounts are prepared on a receipts and p8yThntJ basls. During the yoar to 5th April
2024 the Incom of the TTu31 amr)unt&J to £137,865 (2023:£133.550). Grants of £156,774
(2023: £197.364) were made during the year. Grants retum&J durlng the year were

The Trustee8 lo￿.n approximatsly ono year8 Incoff* to cowr amerg￿c￿ and ongolng
grants. The Incoffkg Account had a balanco of £157,137 (2023£168,677) ￿ the year end and
had (xwoing grant liabililies of £90,450 (2023£29,220).
T. P. Davlo8 Fund
The Trustee8 receivod Ir￿orne of £2,104(2023£2,104) rn8d• grants of £1.900 during the

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 5 April 2024.

The ¢harity'5 tru8tees are responsible for the pr¢paTation of the acwunts. The charity's trustees consider that
an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of th¢ Charities Acl 2011, thc 2011 Acl, and that
an inde￿ndent examination is needcd.
It is mv responsibility 10:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the 201 l Acl,
to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners
under sc¢lion 145 (5) (b) of the 2011 Act; and
to stste whether particular matter5 have come to my attention.

Mv examination w'as carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Charity Commissione￿.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kepi by th¢ charity and a comparison of the

the accounts, and seeking explanations from the Iriiqtees concerning any such matters. The proceduKs
