Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
For the period that this report covers, the volunteers of the charity where tasked to respond to multiple incidents and provided lifesaving prehospital emergency care to patients across the whole of the North West.
At present the recording system we use has not been approved by Northwest Ambulance Service for recording patient data. This means we are unable to accurately record the interventions the charity has undertaken.
The charity has also attended more public events, PR events and community events than any other year, engaging with members of the public and promoted the vital work of the charity.

Section E Financial review
To preserve the charity’s ability to respond and provide prehospital Brief statement of the emergency care, in the absence of any funding. The charity decided to charity’s policy on reserves increase its reserves to cover the minimal running costs associated with operating the charity. At the end of the financial year, the reserves held by the charity in this accounting period are £23,588.00 – up from £9,570.00 the previous accounting period an increase of £14,018.00.
