**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

For the period that this report covers, the volunteers of the charity where tasked to respond to multiple incidents and provided lifesaving prehospital emergency care to patients across the whole of the North West.

At present the recording system we use has not been approved by Northwest Ambulance Service for recording patient data. This means we are unable to accurately record the interventions the charity has undertaken.

The charity has also attended more public events, PR events and community events than any other year, engaging with members of the public and promoted the vital work of the charity.
