To Provide Support To Those Who Suffer In Any Way As A Result Of The Impact Of Substance Misuse And Maladaptive Behaviours, In Particular But Not Exclusively, Partners, Families And Friends Who, As A Result Of These Behaviours, Are In Conditions Of Mental And/or Physical Distress. 3. To Preserve And Protect The Good Health Of The Public By The Provision Of Counselling Services, Ongoing Support And After Care.
