TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THOSE WHO SUFFER IN ANY WAY AS A RESULT OF THE IMPACT OF SUBSTANCE MISUSE AND MALADAPTIVE BEHAVIOURS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PARTNERS, FAMILIES AND FRIENDS WHO, AS A RESULT OF THESE BEHAVIOURS, ARE IN CONDITIONS OF MENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL DISTRESS. 3. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING SERVICES, ONGOING SUPPORT AND AFTER CARE.
